About us

Two companies. One coordinated operation.

ICC operates through two separate legal companies: InlandCrew Connect sp. z o.o. in Poland and InlandCrew Canarias S.L. in Spain. Poland coordinates crew sourcing, recruitment, planning and rotations. Spain is responsible for platform management. The company responsible for each service is identified in the relevant agreement.

Built on experience on board

Our team combines practical inland-shipping experience with recruitment, planning, compliance and client coordination. We understand how crew changes affect day-to-day vessel operations and use that experience when assessing candidates and coordinating assignments.
