Captain, entrepreneur, and maritime systems expert. Bram built Inlandcrew from a deep understanding of what vessels need — not just on paper, but on the water. With over 16 years in the industry, he now leads the company’s legal structure, planning, and recruitment efforts in Spain.

Captain and Operations Manager, Adam brings over 7 years of inland shipping experience. He oversees legal compliance in Poland and manages Inlandcrew Connect’s daily operations. From contract coordination to crew logistics, Adam ensures seamless execution with precision and care.
