Short-term relief crew
For illness, leave or unexpected crew shortages, we aim to arrange a suitable replacement as quickly as possible. Timing depends on qualifications, availability, location and travel arrangements.
Long-term crewing and rotations
We help plan regular crew changes for individual vessels or fleets and build a reliable pool of crew members suited to the vessel, role and rotation schedule.
Qualifications checked for the vessel and route
We review qualifications, certificates and additional authorisations for the role, vessel and sailing area, including radar authorisation and ADN certification where required.
Documentation and crew-change coordination
We coordinate the agreed documentation, onboarding, rotation planning and travel arrangements. Responsibilities for contracts, employment administration, insurance and payments depend on the specific arrangement.
Clear invoicing
The client receives an invoice from the ICC company identified in the agreement, with a clear breakdown of the agreed services and costs.
